Abstract

In a mobile communication system, a radio device is configured to transmit notification information transmitted from a distribution server, to a mobile station, by use of broadcast communication. The distribution serverincludes a key transmitter unitconfigured to transmit a public key of the distribution serverto the mobile station UE; the radio device RNC, Node B includes a notification information transmitter unitA configured to transmit, to the mobile station UE, the notification information transmitted from the distribution server; and the mobile station UE includes an authentication unitconfigured to authenticate the validity of the received notification information in reference to an electronic signature for the notification information.
