Abstract

The present invention relates generally to novel calcimimetic compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them. The invention also relates to methods of treating of diseases or disorders related to the function of the calcium sensing receptor using the compounds represented in Formula (I). Where Cyis pyridinonyl, pyridinyl, quinolinyl or 9-ethyl-9H-beta-carbolinyl, each of which optionally substituted and where Cyis phenyl naphthyl.
