Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of vaccines for the prevention and prophylaxis against malaria, more specifically it relates to exosomes isolated from reticulocytes infected withsp., to methods for obtaining them and to the use thereof for the prevention and prophylaxis against malaria as well as to its use for the discovery and identification of novelantigens. The invention also refers to artificial exosomes comprisingsp. antigens. Finally, the invention refers to specific antigens discovered by means of the exosomes obtained from reticulocytes infected withsp.
