Abstract
A transportation bodyfor a flexible optical diskhas flexibility, and includes a rotation stabilizing boardhaving a disk-shaped form, an optical disk alignment unitinstalled in the central part of the rotation stabilizing board, and a spacerinstalled on a surface of the rotation stabilizing board. A combination of the transportation bodyand the optical diskcan be treated as an equivalent of a conventional optical disk having rigidity, by transporting the flexible optical diskplaced on the transportation bodyand by recording/reproducing information onto/from the flexible optical disk.
