Abstract
An image processing system that facilitates process of color universal design that enables people with color amblyopia to recognize color difference as image pattern without changing characteristic of coloration and gradation and people with no disabilities who look the same image to feel less discomfort. A hue determining unitdetermines hue of image data, and a selecting unitselects halftone processing in accordance with the determined hue. If the selected halftone processing is dithering process that uses AM dithering, a halftone processing unitexecutes halftone processing with different line per inch depending on the determined hue.
