Abstract
In a vehicle having rear seats which can be swung up, a vehicle electric equipment mounting structure is provided which can ensure a sufficient space at a rear part of the vehicle which allows passengers to walk therethrough while arranging vehicle driving electric motor-related electric equipment at the rear part of the vehicle. Third row seatswhich can be swung up towards side wallsare provided at a rear part of a vehicle. Electric equipment such as a battery unit, an inverter unitand a DC-DC converter unitis accommodated within a downwardly depressed portionin a floor panelunderneath a rear lid boardon which the third row seats, taking a seating posture, are positioned.
