Rand Rrepresent a methyl group or an ethyl group; Rrepresents a functional group having a straight chain including three or more carbon atoms and a hydroxyl group bonded to a terminal carbon; C represents a carbon atom; H represents a hydrogen atom; O represents an oxygen atom; and N represents a nitrogen atom.
