Abstract
Provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions or dosage forms comprising crystalline 5-azacytidine monohydrate. The pharmaceutical compositions or dosage forms provided herein may be used for oral administration in the treatment of diseases, including the treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).
