Abstract

The invention further discloses a method of increasing extractsE taken from cellular plant tissuecomprises the steps of placing prepared cellular plant tissuein a container; introducing a fluidinto the containerto wet and immerse the prepared cellular plant tissue; and emitting acoustic shock wavesinto the fluidimmersed cellular plant tissueto increase the extractsE released by the plant tissueinto the fluidand a product made from the method, the product being a beverage, medicine or drug.
