Abstract
A lead-free conductive compound for a solar cell electrode including: a conductive powder; a glass frit; and a vehicle; the glass fit includes at least one kind of lead-free glass including 10 to 29 (mol %) of BiO, 15 to 30 (mol %) of ZnO, 0 to 20 (mol %) of SiO, 20 to 33 (mol %) of BO, and a total sum 8 to 21 (mol %) of LiO, NaO and KO which are contained in a ratio with respect to a whole of a glass compound in terms of oxides.
