Abstract
A board connecting portion () of a terminal fitting () is inserted in a through hole () of a circuit board (). Two resilient deformation portions () formed at the board connecting portion () are deformed resiliently to approach each other and are held resiliently in contact with the inner periphery of the through hole (). Copper plating layers () formed on the outer surfaces of the resilient deformation portions () and a board-side tin plating layer () formed on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole () are alloyed to hold the board connecting portion () in the through hole ().
