Abstract
A card edge connector () includes an elongated housing () and a plurality of contacts (). The housing () has two side walls () and a central slot () between the two side walls () for receiving a memory module (). The card edge connector () includes a latching mechanism () mounted on the two side walls () for resisting the memory module () downwardly.
