Abstract
The apparatus is characterized by having a tubular member () in vertical posture; quantitative discharge means () capable of feeding out a solid raw material () at a constant rate, disposed inferiorly to the tubular member (); and altitude control means () for control of the altitude of a liquid raw material (), so that quantitative discharge is effected by placing the solid raw material () and the liquid raw material () in the tubular member () and, while controlling the altitude of the liquid raw material (), feeding the mixture to the quantitative discharge means () by the own weight of the solid raw material ().
