Abstract
A fastening product, in the form of a flexible, sheet-form substrate () having a surface (); a plurality of walls () extending from the surface () and defining therebetween an array () of cells () bounded by the walls () such that the walls separate adjacent cells of the array, the substrate () forming a floor () of each cell; and a plurality of fastener elements () extending from the surface () and interspersed among the cells (). The fastener elements having heads () spaced above the surface () to define loop engagement overhangs () disposed within the cells. The cells () of the array () are arranged in columns () and rows (), each column and each row comprising at least three of the cells, such that there exists at least one closed path () within the substrate () that fully circumscribes at least one of the cells.
