Information apparatusexecutes a process of distinguishing an access source terminal type with at least one information, acquired when accessing from a user terminal, of user agent information relating to the user terminal and communication carrier information used for the accessing, and a process of generating, when the distinguished terminal type is a mobile phone, an inline CSS style screen display information by reading screen decoration data for mobile phones from a storage to include in the screen definition and when the distinguished terminal type is a smartphone or a tablet PC, an external CSS file format screen display information by reading screen decoration data for smartphones or tablet PCs from the storage to include in the screen definition.
