Abstract

A home radio base station according to the present invention includes a receiving unitconfigured to receive notification information in peripheral cells of the same radio communication scheme as that of the home radio base station, an acquiring unitconfigured to acquire operational frequencies in the same radio communication scheme as that of the home radio base station, from the received notification information, and a determining unitconfigured to determine an operational frequency for the home radio base station, from the acquired operational frequencies.
