Abstract
An object of the present invention is to achieve a scanning line drive device which allows further reduction of circuit scale and production costs. A gate driver () of the present invention includes: a shift register circuit () including g latch circuits () to (); g selection circuits (); and g level shifter circuits (). A level shifter circuit () of an output drive circuit (st) receives a pulse () from a NAND circuit () of a selection circuit () at its input terminal (N); a pulse () from a NAND circuit () of the selection circuit () at its input terminal (N); and a pulse (Q) from a latch circuit () at its input terminal (N). The level shifter circuit () of the output drive circuit (st) outputs a voltage signal obtained by converting the voltage level of the pulse () from its output terminal (O); and a voltage signal obtained by converting the voltage level of the pulse () from its output terminal (O).
