Abstract

A method for fabricating a display deviceincludes a first step of attaching a display panel and a first substrate member to each other with a first adhesive sandwiched between the display panel and the first substrate member, and a second step of attaching a second substrate member to the first substrate member on a surface of the first substrate member opposite to the display panel with a second adhesive sandwiched between the first and second substrate members, where the second step is carried out subsequently to the first step. The second adhesive used in the second step has a glass transition point higher than a glass transition point of the first adhesive.
