Abstract
A character generating system () includes a pickup image information acquiring unit (), a texture generating unit (), and a texture pasting unit (). The pickup image information acquiring unit () acquires face pickup image information corresponding to an image pasting area () of a face texture () of character () from the pickup image information. The texture generating unit (), on the basis of color information of a difference area (), sorts pixels in the image pasting area (), replaces the color information of the selected pixels with the color information of the difference area (), and generates the face texture () from the face pickup image information.
