Abstract

An electrostatic charge image developing toner includes toner particles containing a colorant, a binder resin, and a release agent; and an external additive, wherein the external additive contains inorganic particles which include a compound represented by Formula (1) below on the surfaces thereof: wherein in Formula (1), Rand Reach independently represents an alkyl group, Rto Reach independently represents an alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and at least three groups of Rto Reach independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group.
