Abstract
A method is disclosed for producing a mini-fan that includes a fan wheel equipped with fan blades () and, in order to drive said fan wheel (), an electric drive motor (). The latter has an internal stator () and an external rotor (). The latter has a supporting part () made of plastic and connected to a shaft (), which part is implemented integrally with the fan blades (). The external rotor () furthermore has at least one permanent magnet (') having hard ferromagnetic particles (). The plastic supporting part () is connected by plastic injection molding to the shaft (), and by two-component injection molding to a plastic in which the hard ferromagnetic particles () of the rotor permanent magnet (′) are arranged, so that at least a portion of the transition zone () between the supporting part () and rotor permanent magnet (′) is formed by a materially engaging connection. The pre-assembled external rotor (), thus formed, is inserted into the mini-fan.
