Abstract

The invention relates to an electrical machine, especially an alternator () comprising a stator winding () with a total of seven phase conductors (Pto P) which are interconnected in series at the same electrical angle (a). The aim of the invention is to dampen magnet noise and to increase machine performance. For this purpose, at least every other electrically subsequent phase conductor (P) is skipped when the phase conductors (Pto P) are connected in series.
