Drill guide () for use in the dental field, comprising a grip (), a bearing surface intended to bear at least partially on a template () or a drill sleeve (), and at least one guide sleeve () having a longitudinal slit (). The grip () has a top face and an underside. The at least one guide sleeve () is essentially hollow and cylindrical, has an upper end and a lower end, and protrudes from the underside of the grip ().
