Abstract
The cell observation using a conventional well plate takes much costs. Each wellbeing opened at a top plateof the well platehas a diameter reduced portionwhich inner circumferential surfaceis conically hollowed. At a lower portion of the diameter reduced portionis formed an inserting hole. In a detecting portion, an outer circumferential surface of a round-bar reference electrodeis covered by an insulating portion. The detecting portionhas an upper end portionand a lower end portionwhich outer circumferential surface is exposed to an outside without being covered by an insulating portion. On an upper side above the lower end portionis formed a diameter expanded portionin which an outer circumferential surface of the insulating portionis covered with a measuring electrode. The detecting portionis fixed to a wellwhose diameter expanded portionis inserted into an inserting holeand its upper end portionis contained in the well. In the detecting portion, the upper end surfaceof the measuring electrodeis communicated with an inner circumferential surfaceof the diameter reduced portionpositioned in an edge surrounding portion of the inserting hole
