Abstract

By providing a non-liquid drug reservoir layerhaving first and second principal surfaces and containing a drug and a polymer that is to be a base, a drug permeation layerdisposed at the first principal surface side of the drug reservoir layerand being lower in permeability of the drug than the drug reservoir layer, and a first backingwith a bending resistance of 10 to 80 mm that is formed so as to cover a side surface of the drug reservoir layer, skin irritation can be reduced.
