Abstract
The invention relates to a protective film for a solar cell module, to a process for manufacturing said protective film and to a solar cell module comprising said protecting film, and to a method for protecting a solar cell module comprising using of such protective film. The protective film comprises at least one layer comprising a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) polymer [polymer (F)], the polymer being obtainable by cross-linking a composition [composition (C)] comprising: a) at least one functional perfluoropolyether compound [compound (E)], the compound (E) comprising a (per)fluoropolyalkylene chain [chain (R)], and at least one unsaturated moiety, the compound (E) being present in an amount included in the range of 10% to 95% wt with respect to composition (C); b) at least one nonfuorinated compound [compound (M)] having at least one unsaturated moiety, provided that the nonfluorinated compound (M) has at least two unsaturated moieties if compound (E) has one unsaturated moiety; and c) at least one crosslinking initiator.
