Grooveserves to reduce the projection area of film-covered batteryby folding sidetoward receiving sectionwith grooveserving as an edge, and grooveis made thinner than flat surface′ by Δt=t−t. Therefore, the length of covering filmsproduced on outer sideis shortened as compared with the case of folding the portion that has thickness t.
