Abstract
Charging apparatusincludes secondary batteryused for buffering, rectifierthat supplies direct current power to secondary batteryused for buffering, DC-DC converterconnected to driving batteryin electric vehiclevia charging cable, switching control circuit, and isothermal wind generatorthat adjusts the temperature of secondary batteryused for buffering from outside of secondary batteryused for buffering. Switching control circuitswitches charging apparatusbetween a first mode in which power supplied by rectifieris accumulated in secondary batteryused for buffering and a second mode in which driving batteryis charged with the power supplied by secondary batteryused for buffering. Secondary batteryused for buffering includes at least one cell in which a battery element with a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate that are laminated therein is sealed with an outer cover film.
