Abstract
The present disclosure provides compounds having affinity for the M2 proton channel, useful for the treatment of viral infections such as influenza, which are of the Formula (I): wherein R, R, and Y are as defined herein. Methods of preparing the compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds, and methods of using the compounds in the treatment of viral infections such as influenza are also provided.
