Abstract

The invention relates to a base platform () for an artificial joint, in particular for an artificial shoulder joint, wherein the platform can be anchored on the bone and serves as a support for an artificial joint component () that can be provided both in the form of a shell component () for an anatomical configuration and also in the form of a ball component () for an inverse configuration, and wherein different joint components can be mounted on the platform.
