Abstract
The present invention provides a base material which can be formed into valved lumen shape tissue having an ampulla and a leaflet consisting of body tissue. Specifically, the base material includes a first columnthat forms an upstream tubular sectionof a blood vessel, a second columnthat forms a downstream tubular sectionof the blood vessel, a plurality of bulgesfor forming an ampullaand a leafletof the blood vessel, and engagement meansthat causes the bulgeto engage the first columnand/or the second column. The engagement meansincludes recessesandin axial end surfaces of one or both of the first columnand the second column, and an engagement sectionthat overhangs from a bulge bodyand engages the recesses.
