Abstract

A fluid applicator device, comprising: a fluid reservoir () including a neck () defining an inside wall () defining an opening (); a fastener collar () that is assembled in sealed manner on the neck () of the reservoir, the collar () defining an orifice (); and a closure member () that is capable of closing the orifice () of the collar (), the closure member including a fluid extractor and/or applicator element () that extends through the orifice of the collar and into the reservoir (); the collar having wiper means () formed integrally therewith for wiping the extractor and/or applicator element () while it is being removed from the reservoir; the device being characterized in that the wiper means () are movable between an initial position prior to being assembled on the neck, and a final position after being assembled on the neck, the wiper means () being constrained in the final position by the neck () of the reservoir.
