Abstract
An anchor plate () and an inner lap anchor () disposed at left and right sides of a vehicle seat are connected to an inner side cable (A) and an outer side cable (B), respectively. The anchor plate () and the inner lap anchor () are pulled substantially at the same time by a pretensioner device () when acceleration of a predetermined degree or more is applied to a seat (). A support device () is provided between the inner lap anchor () and the inner side cable (A) so as to support load applied to the inner lap anchor () in a distributed manner.
