Abstract

A lower leg () for a suspension fork has two tubes () with, in each case, a receptacle device () for receiving a stanchion tube displaceably mounted in the receptacle device. Two stabilizers () connect those end regions of the two tubes which are opposite the dropouts of the tubes to one another. The lower leg () has a stiffening member () which connects the two stabilizers to one another.
