Abstract

A grip handle adapted to be fixed to the end of a pole for use in an outdoor activity, such as skiing or hiking, including a body and a support member affixed to the body and projecting from a transverse wall of the body, the support member being arranged to support the thumb of a user holding the handle. The support member includes a structure to selectively modify and lock its position with respect to the body.
