Abstract
In its many embodiments, the present invention provides a method of inhibiting one or more cyclin dependent kinases in a patient comprising administering to said patient a therapeutically effective amount of at least one pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine compound or a pharmaceutical composition comprising such compound, and methods of treatment, prevention, inhibition, or amelioration of one or more diseases associated with the CDKs using such compounds or pharmaceutical compositions.
