Abstract
An aliphatic polyester-based sheet including at least Layer A including an aliphatic polyester, wherein Xof the Layer A is 3-60% and the Layer A contains a crystal nucleating agent and a compound having hydrogen bonding properties with the crystal nucleating agent, and haze of the entire sheet is less than 10%.
