Abstract

A vehicle moving apparatus includes a torque transmitter () positioned on the outer circular plane of a wheel with a tire (). A collar (), is positioned on the inside circular plane of the tire () and flexible linear-force elements (), routed radially around the outer diameter of the tire (), connect the collar () to the torque transmitter (). A source of torque or a torque arm () can be connected to the torque transmitter () that enables a single user to move a vehicle.
