Abstract
Counting of time is started when a housing of a foldable type of mobile terminal changes from an open state to a close state, and it is detected whether it is during counting or not when there is an incoming call. In the case where it is during counting, count time is acquired to check whether it is less than predetermined time or not. In the case where it is not during counting, operating states of a display sectionand a backlightare detected to check whether they are coincident with operating states registered in advance or not. In the case where the count time is less than the predetermined time, or in the case where the operating states of the display sectionand the backlightare coincident with them, a ring tone is outputted with first sound volume. In the case where the count time is the predetermined time or more, or in the case where the operating states of the display sectionand the backlightare not coincident with them, a ring tone is outputted with second sound volume.
