Abstract
Optical grade surfacing tool, including: a rigid support (); an elastically compressible interface () attached to the rigid support (); a flexible pad () adapted to be pressed against a surface () to be worked, attached to the interface () on the opposite side to the rigid support (); and return spring elements () disposed between the rigid support () and a peripheral part () of the interface (); characterized in that the return spring elements () include a plurality of pairs of superposed elastically flexible blades () that project transversely from the rigid support (), respectively a first blade () having a distal portion cooperating in bearing engagement, through a first face, exclusively with the peripheral part () of the interface (), and a second blade () cooperating in bearing engagement with the first blade () via a second face opposite its first face.
