Abstract
The invention relates to a process for preparing silicon-containing azodicarbamides of the general formula (I) (R)(R)Si—R—NH—C(O)—N═N—C(O)—NH—R—Si(R)(R)(I), by reaction of azobiscarboxy compounds of the general formula II R—X—C(O)—N═N—C(O)—X—R(II) with aminosilanes of the general formula III (R)(R)Si—R—NH(III).
