Abstract

Each protrusion () of a first electrode () is formed to have a long plate-like shape extending across a plurality of grid holes () of the first electrode (). Each grid hole () of a second electrode () is formed to have an elongate shape extending to conform to each corresponding one of the protrusions () of the first electrode ().
