Abstract
Interference between a communication system operating in a frequency area and another system sending out pulses affecting the frequency area can be handled by means of a communication unit (RBS. MT) for use in a cellular communications system, said communications unit comprising detecting means () for determining the presence of at least one interfering pulse from another system affecting the signalling in the cellular communications system, and processing means () for selecting and taking appropriate action based on the detected at least one interfering pulse.
