Abstract
A surfactant concentrate is provided that includes C-Cacyl amido compounds, a polyol and C-Cfatty acids. The concentrate is formed via an interesterification reaction between a C-Calkyl ester of a C-Cfatty acid and an amino compound or salt thereof in a polyol. The resultant surfactant concentrate will have a Hunter Lab Color Scale value L ranging from 70 to 100.
