Compounds of the Formula (I), wherein L, L', L″, L, L′, L″, L, L′, L″, L, L′and L″for example are hydrogen or COT; R, R′ and R″ for example are hydrogen, C-Caryl or C-Cheteroaryl; X, X′ and X″ for example are O, S, single bond, NRor NCOR, T is for example hydrogen, C-Calkyl, C-Ccycloalkyl, C-Calkenyl, C-Ccycloalkenyl, C-Ccycloalkylenaryl, C-Ccycloalkylenheteroaryl, C-Caryl, providedthat at least one of R, R′ or R″ is unsubstituted or substituted C-Cheteroaryl; and Y is an inorganic or organic anion; are suitable as photolatent acid generators.
