Abstract
The present invention relates to a zearalenone-inducible promoter originated from, recombinant vectors comprising the promoters, methods of producing proteins and detecting plants contaminated with zearalenone. The promoter of the present invention can be used for studying essential genes in fungus, characterizing the mechanism of self/nonself recognition in, engineering of plant systems to generate plants that can recognize aattack and detecting ZEA contamination as a biosensor.
