Abstract
Systems and methods for weight and performance management are described. More particularly, an embodiment relates to a system and method of employing a non-invasive, real-time, continuous blood glucose monitoring device to measure glucose levels in a subject. The determined levels are subsequently used to manage the subject's caloric intake and utilization multiple times during the course of a day.
