Abstract
A generator arrangement for a wind power plant includes a ring-shaped primary part, a ringshaped secondary part, and a planetary transmission arrangement disposed inside the primary part and the secondary part. The planetary transmission arrangement comprises an internal gear, a sun gear, and at least two planet gears. The sun gear is substantially ringshaped, having an inner wall, and outer wall, and a web connecting the inner wall and the outer wall. The internal gear is disposed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the sun gear and is supported at the outer wall of the sun gear.
