Abstract
Disclosed is an electromechanical locking device for a door of an appliance, particularly an oven. Said locking device comprises a lock () on the appliance and a hook () on the door. The lock () is provided with bolts () on both sides of the hook (), said bolts () allowing the door to be opened and closed in an intermediate latched stage and a main latched stage.
