Abstract
As an embodiment, a pair of first conductive filmsare formed from the side face to the bottom face of the sheet partof a magnetic core, and one endof the conductive wire of the coiland the other endof the conductive wire are joined to the side facesof the first conductive films, respectively. Also, as an embodiment, the joined partsare sandwiched by the side facesof the first conductive filmsand the partof the magnetic sheathcovering the side face of the sheet partof the magnetic core, wherein the parts of the magnetic sheathcovering the joined partsare sandwiched by the side facesof the first conductive filmsand the side facesof second conductive filmsas well as the side facesof third conductive films
